My current body of work explores the unification of non-objective abstraction with representational figurative, with an emphasis on color, space, and composition.  With my background in oil painting and my recent degree in Computer Animation I'm able to create my art by combining the past of traditional artistic techniques with the future of technology.

Through many years of experimentation with abstract techniques using oil paint, such as the drip method, pointillism, and shape painting with figurative forms, I've developed a process that I'm able to translate digitally, merging traditions with technology, abstraction with representation.

I'm inspired and influenced by the human form, color, and design, at the same time intrigued by the psychology of what it means to be a modern day woman, the non-objective space and energy that make up the subconscious mind, and how connected or disconnected we truly are to ourselves, each other, and the environment.
